Return & Refund Policy – AuraFlix BD
At AuraFlix BD, we strive to provide a transparent and reliable service for all your digital subscription needs. Since we deal in digital products (Netflix, Spotify, etc.), our refund and exchange rules are strictly governed by the following terms:
✅ General Refund Conditions
- No Refund After Delivery: Once the product credentials (email, password, or license key) have been successfully sent to you via WhatsApp or Email, no refund will be applicable.
- Order Changes: You may request to change or modify your order only before the product has been confirmed and delivered.
- Failure to Deliver: If AuraFlix BD is unable to deliver the ordered product for any reason, the customer will receive a 100% full refund.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 24 hours for bKash/Nagad. For other payment gateways, it may take 3 to 7 working days depending on their policy.
- Charges: Any bank or payment gateway charges incurred during the refund process must be borne by the customer.
🚫 Refunds Are NOT Applicable If:
- The product has already been successfully delivered to the customer.
- The customer mistakenly orders the wrong product or subscription plan.
- The product is not compatible with the customer's device or unable to use.(please read the "Requirements" on the product page before buying).
- Customers disagrees with the Terms of Services and want refund.
- The request is based on a "change of mind" or personal reasons (e.g., "I no longer need it" or "I don't like the service").
💻 Digital Product Specifics
- Invalid Credentials: A refund or replacement is applicable if the provided credentials or product key are found to be invalid or show an error at the time of delivery.
- Early Expiration: If a subscription expires before the promised duration, a replacement will be provided.
- Partial Refunds: If a subscription has been partially used and then becomes invalid, a partial refund may be issued for the remaining balance of the term.
⚠️ Important Warranty Notice
For shared accounts (like Netflix Shared Screens), changing the account password, profile name, or pin without permission will result in an immediate void of your warranty, and no refund will be issued.
