Delivery Policy – AuraFlix BD

At AuraFlix BD, we specialize in high-speed digital fulfillment. Since our products are digital subscriptions and premium accounts, the delivery process is different from traditional physical shipping.

1. Digital Delivery Only

  • No Physical Shipping: We do not ship any physical goods (SIM cards, boxes, or vouchers) to your home address.
  • Delivery Method: All credentials (login email, password, and profile details) are sent digitally via WhatsApp or Messenger.

2. Delivery Timeframes

We strive for the fastest delivery in the market.

  • Standard Delivery: 30 Minutes to 12 Hours.
  • Peak/Study Hours: During certain times (such as school hours or exam preparation), delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Pre-Orders: For specific custom accounts, delivery times will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once you make a payment and provide proof (screenshot), your order enters our processing queue.
  • You will receive a "Processing" message, followed by the account credentials once they are ready.

4. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth delivery, please ensure:

  • The WhatsApp number provided is correct and active.
  • You check your "Requested Messages" folder if you are contacting us via Facebook Messenger.
  • You log in to the account within 2 hours of delivery to verify everything is working as promised.

5. Delivery Confirmation

An order is officially marked as "Delivered" once:

  1. The login credentials have been sent to your provided contact number/account.
  2. The message shows as "Delivered" or "Read" on our system.

6. Delays & Issues

If you do not receive your account within 12 hours, please contact us immediately with your Payment Transaction ID. Delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Streaming platform server maintenance.
  • Temporary stock shortages.
  • High volume of orders during promotional periods

7. Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of applicable taxes. Since we sell digital products and subscriptions, no physical goods are shipped, and no customs duties or import fees apply.

Taxes, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and local tax regulations. The final tax amount will be shown before you complete your purchase.

For customers in Bangladesh, applicable VAT (16%) on digital services may be included as required by law. International customers are responsible for any digital service taxes or levies imposed by their country's regulations.
