Delivery Policy – AuraFlix BD

AuraFlix BD sells digital subscriptions, accounts, keys and activation services. Delivery is digital, so it works differently from physical shipping.

1. Digital Delivery Only

  • No physical shipping: We do not ship any physical goods to your address.
  • Delivery method: Login details, keys, invitations and activation instructions are sent digitally through WhatsApp, Messenger or email.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard delivery: 30 minutes to 12 hours after your payment is verified.
  • Peak hours: During busy periods (such as school hours or exam seasons) delivery may take up to 24 hours.
  • Pre-orders and custom products: Delivery time is stated on the product page or told to you when you buy.

3. Order Confirmation

After you pay and send your payment proof (transaction ID or screenshot), your order enters our queue. You will get a "Processing" message, then your details when they are ready.

4. Your Responsibilities

  • Give a correct and active WhatsApp number or other contact method.
  • Check your "Requested Messages" folder if you contact us on Facebook Messenger.
  • Log in as soon as you can, ideally within 2 hours of delivery, and tell us right away if anything does not work. This lets us fix it quickly. Reporting later does not cancel your warranty, which runs for the plan period.

5. When an Order Counts as Delivered

An order is "Delivered" when the details have been sent to the contact method you gave us and the message shows as delivered or read. If the details do not work when you first try them and you tell us, the order is not treated as successfully delivered, and we will handle it under our Refund Policy.

6. Delays and Stock

If you have not received your order within 12 hours (24 hours at peak times), contact us with your Payment Transaction ID. Delays can happen because of platform maintenance, high order volume or payment verification. If an item is out of stock, we will tell you and offer you a wait, a different plan, or a full refund.

7. Prices and Taxes

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka. The total you pay, including any VAT that applies under Bangladeshi law, is shown at checkout before you pay. Since no physical goods are shipped, no customs duties apply. International customers are responsible for any digital service taxes in their own country.
