AuraFlix BD – Terms of Service

Welcome to AuraFlix BD. By purchasing any digital subscription or service from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Nature of Service

AuraFlix BD is a third-party reseller of digital OTT (Over-The-Top) subscriptions. We provide access to premium streaming platforms. We are not the owners of these platforms (e.g., Netflix, SonyLIV, etc.) and are subject to their global operating policies.

2. Account Delivery

  • Timeframe: Once payment is verified, account credentials (email/password/profile) will typically be delivered within 30 minutes to 12 hours, depending on stock availability and support hours.
  • Accuracy: It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid contact method (WhatsApp/Messenger/Email) for delivery.

3. Usage Policy & Rules

To ensure the stability of the service, users must follow these rules:

  • No Account Changes: You are strictly prohibited from changing the password or account email or any kind of changes unless explicitly told otherwise.
  • Access Or Delivery Method: User must agree with the Access or Delivery Method mentioned in the description for each products.
  • Profile Integrity: Only use the profile assigned to you. Do not edit, delete, or "pin-lock" other users' profiles.
  • Device Limits: Do not exceed the screen limit specified at the time of purchase. Logging in on too many devices may result in an automatic account lock.
  • Prohibited Actions: Any attempt to resell or share the credentials provided by AuraFlix BD without permission will result in an immediate ban without a refund.
  • No Account Changes: Changing anything without explicit permission is strictly prohibited. 

4. Warranty & Support

  • Warranty Period: We provide a replacement warranty for the duration of the subscription plan purchased (e.g., 1 month, 6 months).
  • Claiming Warranty: If an account stops working, contact our support team with your Order ID and a screenshot of the error.
  • Resolution Time: Warranty claims are usually resolved within 24–48 hours.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • All Sales are Final: Due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer cash refunds once an account has been delivered.
  • Technical Issues: If we are unable to provide a replacement for a faulty account within 72 hours, a partial refund or "store credit" may be offered at our discretion.

6. Service Interruptions (Force Majeure)

AuraFlix BD is not liable for service disruptions caused by the streaming platforms themselves (e.g., platform-wide bans, region-lock updates, or the platform ceasing operations). In such cases, we will do our best to provide an alternative, but a full refund is not guaranteed.

7. Modifications

AuraFlix BD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
